Features of Hydraulic Power Press CPT 100 Tonnes Capacity : |

Hyd Power pack will have min. 10/12.5 HP Motor with Double delivery pump working in Tandem in which one pump with high working pressure of 200 bar will provide 100 Tons force to straighten the forging below Ram & other pump with 40 bar working pressure which can provide 1.5 to 2 tons force while speeding up the ram. |

There will be power cylinder, double acting high pressure cylinder providing 100 Tons force. |

The Double acting high pressure cylinder providing 100 Tons force is supposed to hold the RAM with 100T force when in forward action. |

Flat top table of size 1000 *250 mm will have one Tee slot milled inside to fix Vee blocks on it. Vee blocks will have hardened strips fixed on working surfaces to reduce wear & tear of Vee blocks. These will support the component while pressing in action. |

There is unloading valve provided to reduce the working load on the motor due to high pressure pump whenever not necessary. |

There is a counterbalancing pressure maintaining valve also to maintain minimum back pressure required for low pressure application. |

Longitudinal Component Loading Table for Hydraulic Presses with Special Straightening attachment holding component between Centre : |

There is a Loading / unloading table provided which can travel in longitudinal direction having flat guide ways & look more or less like a table of milling machine which will facilitate component loading & unloading. |

When seen from operators end there will be one cylinder mounted below the table which will push table top in longitudinal direction to take out the component & load next one. |
| 3. |
For Straightening between Center components: When component is just loaded on the Fixed Vee Centre on one end and Spring Loaded Centre on the other end such that the component can be rotated between centers to check the out of concentricity of component diameters w.r.t. center at various locations so that the component could be pressed at the required point by moving Indexing slide. While pressing just after 1 mm pressing movement the component will rest on Vee Blocks giving it a rigid bottom-side support for pressing and this time Centers will yield down a bit utilizing Belleville Washers Buckling Arrangement on both ends of the Center supports. When Pressing force is released the Centers will resume their Normal Position so again the component could be rotated to check out of concentricity. |
